Fish oil (natural!) has longer fatty acids (FA) than plants. Must be processed from natural fish that feeds from algae (at least at some point in the food chain).

I miss nothing. Buts thats me. If you need visual basic scripts, maybe it is not for you. AFAIK it has its own scripting language. There is no risk to test the free version. You can actually use the free version, the limitations are not tremendous. I always buy it.

I disagree. Most companies are actually trying to INCREASE diversity, be it based on skin colour or gender. So it may actually be much EASIER to get accepted in this companies if you are black.

I know in some STEM fields (not all in STEM is CS), you have MUCH MUCH higher chances to land a good job at a big company if you are female. But being female in medicine or law buys you nothing since there is no imbalance.

IANAL. But, for example, in some jurisdictions you can write in the contract that all over time is already compensated with your salary. As long as the salary is significantly above market pay there won't be any issues. If you pay market rate and the employee is regularly pulling 60h work weeks, you are setting yourself up for big liability issues.

This was a while ago. As far as I remember there was no bike shop on the mountain. Also doubt it would be easy to add a disk brake on a bike that has a back pedal brake.

I am not into racing/professional cycling. But two honest questions:

1. Some positions look super forced. Do cyclists really hold their body in this position?

Once you are at the apex, it is down for like 20km. Your biggest worries will be your breaks. We were a group of youngster and some had back pedal brakes. Most of them went up in smoke. They had to use a rope to drag a small tree behind the bike as a way to slow motion in the end. No kidding.

You have a point there but don't forget, suing works both ways. And while the company may assume they can sue you into bankruptcy, lawyer could assume the opposite. If they counter-sue, a big company is able to pay damages. As with most things in live, they work both ways.

In nearly all countries any contract must be at "arms length". Otherwise you could do fancy things, for example regarding taxes. :-)

This is actually a reason why you can not, for example, enforce something that is given freely. E.g. I give you a contract where I promise you to give you my house for free. If I change later my mind, in many jurisdictions you could not force me to write over my house since there is not "arms length". It is something for nothing.

You can write anything you want into a contract. Even that you are obligated to give BJs until the end of your life to your previous employer. Good luck trying to enforce this in court. A shitty non compete? I would tell my previous employer "go sue me". A friend actually had this problem and he met with his previous employer and told them: "Look, I don't care what you want, I will keep working for my new employer. If you don't like that you can pay me the same amount of money and I sit a home and do nothing." They passed.

I think ink roller and gel pens are very similar. In fact, I bought my first ink roller pen by chance, assuming it is a gel pen and only looked into the brand and type after the ink was finished and I considered it the best pen.

In my European home country, all kids in school must write with Fountain pens. At least in Elementary school and as far as I can remember.

They may have some style and look good cool, but honestly, I prefer ink rollers.

LOL. I remember how it threw me off guard when I was asked by young Chinese students about stroke order for the Latin alphabet. It really puzzled me and I had to google to confirm that THERE IS NO STROKE ORDER for the Latin alpahbet.

Yet, in Chinese (and Japanese I assume) there is. It is actually very very important. You actually won't be able to look up a character if you don't know with how many strokes to write it. It seems to be of no meaning for character recognition software, like Pleco.
