I believe the using dividends for tax avoidance is either no longer effective or has been cracked down upon.
You can also give less to the government on your VAT if your profit (or revenues, I can't remember which!) is below 150,000 GBP. Rates vary between 9% and 15%.

I think there's a distinction between hygiene and social/cultural 'etiquette'. I will always make sure I am very clean before meeting someone, casual or otherwise.

I agree with te_chris, it is not only arrogant but incorrect to make that assumption. I don't actually mind using 'color', but you live in a small world if you think that only a certain accent is relevant.
Permissions is the reason why I do not have Facebook installed (specifically the GPS).
