I wonder if this has been made possible by the improved support for ODF in Office 2013. I generally find it to be very good. Much better, at least, than LibreOffice 4 supports Office Open XML.
I'd similarly be curious about letters that have multiple ways of forming them: for example, capital G's and the "serif"
I still miss KDE 3. I've been so satisfied with the latest generation of desktop environments on Linux that I've moved to Openbox trying to get back basic usability and speed.
I'll be a senior in college next year.
We use Python for our introduction course (still 2.x due to a library incompatibility) and Java for the next level course.
After that, it's about 90% Java, with C++ for certain courses. Only exception I can think of is Databases, where we use MySQL and write programs to interface with it in mostly PHP (but also some Java at the end).
Is the problem with Chrome or the OS and font selection? I think everything renders on my Win 7 + FX 30 setup I'm using now. Generally, I have the best success with Win 8 + IE 11.
Interesting. I got my current city as choice #2 for my state (Lookout Mountain, GA). My fiancee and I are considering moving to Greenville, which is my top result for SC.
