I'd imagine this is the first step. To take it further, it would likely need to be a tablet-like device that doctors scribble into where the transcription is happening just about real-time. For it to gain real adoption though would take more features than that.
While it's tough to convert the whole floor to a bunch of a apartments, I'd be surprised if there wasn't a way to create luxury apartments with communal workspaces available on the floor. I'd expect that to be a luxury that would be valued at a premium in bigger cities like NY and SF.
Even moreso than Coinbase being an American company, it's a PUBLIC american company that is scrutinized by the rules of american exchanges. This makes it more transparent financially than any other exchange that you can hold your crypto at.
