I grew up watching The Rock. As an adult, it's hard to look past the persona he shows when talking about anything on any medium.

I think the issue is that when people are desperate (lost job, can't pay for needs, etc) critical thinking can be limited to just short term survival mode. Even if it doesn't make sense big picture wise.

Democratic party needs to listen and at the very least fluff up a response that people in this situation feel heard. Even if there nothing they can really do. It's all about appeasing emotions.

Also needs regular updates and promotion to stay relevant.

Completely agree. Though I can see a future where gaming gives it "competition" in this area. Especially with esports on the rise. Multi million dollar prizes and loyalties forming around these teams.

Genuinely curious, what about all of the web servers that log every request which usually by default includes the client IP? Not doing anything special with the IP, they are just there in log files and archives.

If a company has no official office in Europe, how does this affect them? All advertisement and business focus is say only in the US, is it business as usual? What if an EU citizen decides to sign up?

There is willful ignorance mostly by those profiting. But it's not as simple as "well-meaning liberals". That seems like a re-writing of history when there are plenty of examples from the left protesting these deals.

And it's a bit hard to peg who on the right/left we're talking about as high level politicians tend to blur the line when talk about trade deals. "True scotsman" and all.

Sanders was all over unfair trade deals that hurt American workers. Perhaps he would've done it in a responsible manner? If there is such a way.
