It looks like you already got a ton of great advice on here and just to hammer it home, feedback is such a big thing. Otherwise you're working off of assumptions. It's awesome that you use your own product btw. Look into more ways to get that feedback because not everyone will respond. Do you have anything set up for customer feedback tracking externally? I used to use a simple Excel doc way back when but I'm sure there are a ton of tools you can use nowadays. Anyways, good luck.

Chances are your internal data is letting you know that it's going flat but GTM is pretty broad. I'm not familiar with RightSuite but what have you tried via external data to see where you stand? Maybe the word of mouth is still active but just slow which might mean you might be promoting in the wrong channels.
