How do you feel about their trackpad? I think they’re the best on the market.

Apple is kind of doing the same thing. It seems like every year they had a new OS. Now here we are, soon intel won’t be supported at all.

I did microneedling a couple times. If anything my scars are worse. I’d rather just get laser skin treatment in Thailand and save money. Or do the lower % acidic peels myself.

I like the mouse. I have the lightning charger version. But personally I prefer the trackpad, external or built-in.

I think eye contact is key. Usually people avoid eye contact with people they don’t want to associate with. I’m not very sociable myself, and in your case I probably would be eating alone on default. But I have found when people match eye contact and have any semblance of similarity in interest it’s not too bad getting along.

I like systemd sometimes. Other times it confuses me. Particularly the way cgroups work. The way splicing works. Why oracle mem usage is still uncontrollable when I set user splice restrictions. Idk, I’m still learning it. I don’t like the terminology it uses sometimes too like “snapshot.” When I first read about systemd snapshot I was like oh cool you can snapshot the system. No. Also some esoteric things it supposedly supports don’t work sometimes. I find the idea of systemd targets and fstab having anything to do with each other anathema. Idk.

We use this app all the time. I love it.

I have an m3 ultra. I don’t think I need to upgrade. I also find it amusing they’re comparing the m4 to the m1 and i7 processors.

I’m not sure if this is the right graph, but I read somewhere, household size has been going down over time, so using household income is a bit misleading actually.

I’ve had that POS SELinux block me from logging directly into the console with root (nothing wrong with the pwd). Thank VMware for snapshots. I hate SELinux. But the job requires it. As for people who seem to love it so much, they probably don’t have to deal with it all the time.

I don’t want to diminish others experiences, because I’m sure they’re just as important as mine. All I can say is anecdotally I haven’t had any issues with disputes…in fact the dispute experience for me has been better than other cards. The app makes it quite simple.

I used to have ATT for a little over ten years. I upgraded many phones with ATT next, etc. The final straw for me was when they said they never got the phone I sent back and billed me 1k or something. I saw the tracking number show it was delivered to a warehouse. Their organization/inventory is a joke.

I remember watching the company I worked for in California lay off Americans and replace them with Indians. For all the talk about “prevailing wage” and “shortage of talent,” I just remember seeing it with my own eyes. One guy worked there till he was in his 60’s, built the company’s entire software, yet was kicked to the curb.
