It occurs to me that instead of blaming government, it’s really the non-voters who have created this absurd mess. If they voted, I believe that most of them would vote for the better candidates. Consumption? China is a huge emitter, but a large percentage of that comes from making products destined for America and Europe. IMO the emissions for those products should be assigned to the country that is purchasing them.

Variation in human physiology and psychology scales on a gradient; from subtle differences in brain structure, which might not even be noticeable to others, to macro differences visible to the eye. A chemical that can cause extreme variation of the external genitalia surely also can cause changes in glands and brains. IMO we see signals of the effects of hormonal dysregulation in our society with increasing prevalence.

But the idea is that you don’t own the battery. You essentially rent it. The battery owner has high incentive to keep the battery good shape, to maximize their return, and to recycle the rare earth elements. The swap station can charge the battery slower than if you were dropping in, perform more sophisticated diagnostics, and ensure batteries are removed from circulation before they become problems.
