I think a more basic question is how much is this service. They mention that the service is a subscription, but how much is it?
Can you also include the link to enter the short url to automatically playback the tune?
I think that's called the human centipede
After a few days there is usually an mp4 file of the keynote published on the podcast feed for the Apple Keynotes. Someone will usually share the link then.
Link didn't work for me
I would echo this advice as well. As a mainly PHP developer I have learned a lot of cool ideas and techniques from Ruby on Rails that I have brought into my PHP code.
For example, the idea of the "flash" and how to properly do MVC.
Just learning another language (programming or not) opens your mind to new ideas and ways of looking at things. If those aren't reasons enough, then what about increasing your work skills and marketability?
They can "solve" the bandwidth problem by having the cloud services only enabled if the user is on WiFi. Kinda defeats the purpose of the "cloud", but it is a start.
Since, the US, they are now on two carriers, they just need either Verizon or AT&T to start touting they are the carrier of choice to provide the cloud for iPhone that the other carrier will have to increase their data usage tier. Now, this is a long shot scenario, but Apple has shown a history of doing things without consulting the carriers before.
Works on my 3G!
