Not debating the actual content of the article, but what kind of English is this? Did anyone proof read this? Emphasis mine.
... reported long wear times in gold rooms ...
... with their sleep premium ...
Sarcasm over the internet fails again
Played with robots yet? They'd let you re-use & "move" (tear down + rebuild) parts of your factory around.
Guessing those last two parameters are languages. I don't see the issue, but I commonly trim tracking strings off too.
That seems plausible to me. I don’t know if HR is a good enough signal, since it varies so much between person to person.
Didn’t know they were that pricy, ouch.
Not suggesting you’re saying this, but I want to state that Ambien should never be the first tool in the toolbox for better sleep. The state it produces is not too dissimilar from a knockout.
I’d also suggest some interval training. If you have access to stair steppers, I highly recommend them. Easy to get started, and not too tough on your joints. 2 minutes at a pace that’s tough to sustain, and then 2 minutes off. I have a max HR of ~200 and I tend to level off at 180-188 during the interval section. Once you get accustomed to it you can play around with the timing ofc.
Prof. Matthew Walker says the accuracy of sleep trackers when it comes to per stage time is questionable. See Peter Attia podcasts w/ Walker.
Have you thought about going to a sleep lab to get some higher quality data? It’s near impossible to diagnose someone over the Internet, especially when the subject matter is so complex.
But that’s a ~TV~... a screen etc
Here it’s $1000 for two slabs of metal and a hinge...
Wouldn’t more spending homelessness at the state level incentivize homeless migration into the state, therefore possibly counteracting the effects of the spending? To me it seems like this is something which needs to be addressed at the federal level.
Anyone have any research they can point to about this possible issue?
I was reacting to the lack of scrolling inertia on Mobile Safari. Running 12.2.
Ouch that scrolling though
I get what you’re getting at here, but I don’t think it would be reported in the general media as it’s not a privacy violation.
Why can’t an internal gyroscope substitute for an external AoA sensor?
Why don’t these planes use internal gyroscopes and compare the plane’s orientation wrt gravity rather than external sensors?
It’s saying there are zero remote programming jobs. Seems a bit low, no? :)
Love the site!
I refuse to read this with that unremovable obnoxious floating banner covering up 20% of my vertical space. Geez.
If you’re on Mac, GPG Suite suite really simplifies things.
China commands such a massive market which makes it hard to rationalize neglecting it, purely from a revenue standpoint. Going to be interesting to see how Western companies respond to the continuing rise of authoritarian policies in China, and whether or not it influences their business practices outside of China.
50 mil USD is not anywhere close to “hitting Google hard in the coffers”. I get it’s a much bigger fine to what was levied before, but let’s be realistic about the impact here...
What’s so bad about being based in the US?
For good reasons?
My reaction exactly...
Maybe instead of lobbying the company we should lobby to change the law...
Why use autocomplete=off on the sign up password field? It prevents password managers from autofilling a new password, and I can't be bothered to remember another password.
Blows my mind that Boeing decided not to include this new system in the “updated” manual.
There are still questions surrounding the profitability of the cars, something Tesla hasn’t released much information on.
