Take ownership of your projects and also suck up to upper mgmt. You'll be the next director.
A super tight mobile os. Search, Maps. Excellent developer tools. Long term vision. This 10+ year android user is disappointed recently.
Focus on what interests you most. Listen to the concerns of the business. Do not compare yourself to other devs, the business doesn't care (unless your at Google, Apple, etc). It's only worth it if you enjoy it.
Sorry babe, they left already. It gets worse before it gets better. At least SF has better geography than Detroit
I'll never forget my time in SF. Like the time I ruined a pair of sneakers stepping in a pile of human sh*t. Or the time I saw a young woman fleeing from a bum chasing her down the sidewalk. Scrum doesn't matter. Are you working for someone that can do your job better than you? Are you learning new things? If not, go somewhere else.
There shall be only one! Me!
Cheap, renewable, flexible, durable. You can put nails and screws through it pretty easily. K.I.S.S. Also... cave shortage.
Give it time. Gen Z is ghosting Facebook and the next generation won't want to be able to be tagged in all their embarrassing baby pictures
