One trick is to use non-routable (e.g. 192.168.0.0/16) IP addresses with DNS records for subdomains of your company's domain name, e.g. devserver123.mycompany.com routes to 192.168.100.123

Asking seriously, but isn't Russia fundamentally closer to a kleptocracy? Dishonesty is apparently more pervasive and built in to their culture. From my understanding, bribe culture and cheating are an accepted norm. Not to say these characteristics do not exist in America, just not anywhere to the same extent?

For the inconvenience of consuming lots of veggies, may I suggest a Vitamix and water? One full veggie+water Vitamix blend in the morning can cover the entire day's veggie requirements.

Try eating natural peanut butter. The only listed ingredient should be peanuts. Very healthy.
