I'm not fully certain and I would love some verification/counter-argument, but wouldn't the new Public Use Anywhere in the World aspect invalidate atleast some of the garbage patents like the one discussed in the article? http://www.forbes.com/sites/forbesleadershipforum/2012/11/15...
