Honestly the noise problem is real. I usually just look at who is on the thread, the disclosure itself is rarely the deciding factor.

Same here. I built a small tool to keep them straight: it just lists past sessions per project and one click reopens the right one.

Bookmarking this for later. I had a similar agent debugging mess last week.
