The blackberry QNX implementation on their Tablet was rock solid, I had high hopes. That was the last time i knowingly used QNX.

This is a great app and inspires our kids to use the lego more. It also, like any manual, does not need to be followed exactly. It really is a great use of computer vision and I personally have used lego more since we got this app.

I have been a proponent of no-code low-code and in the last year or so your second point has been the biggest problem we encountered on projects “…developer talent is tiny.” The talent is now more expensive than code developers. However, the net benefit for most web apps is still there, that once you established the “platform” i.e main aspects of your “thing” the low maintenance burden starts paying big dividends. With rapid prototyping we do traditional dev, then transition web apps to no-code because the burden is in the through life aspects and no-code wins there.

Yes an improvement but that’s not hard to improve on terrible. This is more wasted money, time and effort from the EU. The same people that made internet browsing miserable with cookie blah and the same people that don’t understand data or AI but will bring our garbage regulation about that too. Huge sigh!

Remember- all things are vulnerable, the key to comparing actual to potential is whether the vulnerability is exploitable. E.g a machine with Win XP is vulnerable to n-Number of exploits but not if it’s turned off and disconnected. So, is it vulnerable and to what extent are those vulnerabilities exploitable.

Programmers so often “dis” no code and VPL. NoCode is the quiet revolution in software development and broadens access which is a great thing. It doesn’t threaten programmers but they often think it does. I remember many trends which expanded IT industry but many involved thought it would shrink their segment. Almost all tech trends have been additive, very few have resulted in another tech being made redundant. Any new VPL solution should be aimed at bringing non programmers into the industry so that programmers can over time concentrate on things which are not best-fit for VPL/no-code.
