Several AIs debate a topic while you moderate — self-hostable, and it runs on your own local models. Open-source (AGPL).
It might be because no interested party is using that piece of news to move market. They have enough with other news to do it. Just a practical matter (or may be something else, who knows!)

Absolutely. I have notetd that my opencode go account looks a lot less generous after the third month.
May be corporations should start having their open models running in-house. There might be a huge oportunity there.
But the big price is AGI and who gets there first, right?
Would anybody here recommend LM Studio?
It is great when the task is medium, but with complex tasks Opus 4.8 is better

Working with chinese models is giving me a fullfilment sensation. I think that I have enough quality for the work that I need to do and lots of extra tokens to work with. With Claude and ChatGPT I reach the limits fairly easy, but not with OpenCode Go. So I will use Claude once in a while for difficult tasks to see how much better it still is (but use Chinese on a daily basis)

Perhaps the question to ask is: who is making all of the final decisions for the things that really matter to you in your life?
No direct democracy, just people deciding for you. You can choose once every four years. Are we surprised of how easily we delegate decisions? May be AI can do it better
I see many people reacting with fear towards IA and many of them do not feel the same level of danger in other places which are clear to me (and I think that what they fear most is the unknown, as it has to be bad, for sure). I like the quote of the other message from Whitehead !!

If tokens are the problem, SDD is the solution
It seems to me that AI won the code Battle and that humans are just trying to justify the defeat. I will relax and wait for the Next AI generation to see how it fixed its problems. May be, everything will be ok.
Warren Buffet is number one. He has shown generations how to invest and think about investing (not only using Bershite Hathaway). He would have been a perfect president of the Unitef States!
I like It, no matter what
May be it all depends on how AIs can help us solve the problem. By now, they are more capable than many people that I deal with. So, may be the problem can give us the solution. May be they can figure out a way out of the mess. And sorry to say this, but China and the US are not going to solve this problem, they may even get it worse. Every country is controlled by politicians.
It is harder when english is not your first language. It's fun!
