This is a bloody brilliant and comprehensive meta-analysis that sheds some light on the patterns of personality change across the life course. It is remarkable how much variation and plasticity there is in human personality, and how different traits show different trajectories of change. I wonder what are the underlying mechanisms and influences that drive these changes, and what are the implications for well-being and social relationships.

Yes that what's needs to happen, they take comfort into herd mentality and hope the future will be good because the follow the cult. But nothing will save them, the revolution eats it's own child every time

Unfortunately we bear a big responsibility as engineers as we let them use us for so long building insane amount of wealth on our back and now they are turning against the little and the poor which Hatever half-truths they can find, could be climate change could be something else

I think we need to start acting against it as much as we can especially us in tech we bear a big responsibility for borowing our craftsmanship to anti human ideals and cult like herd mentality, this is a very grave issue in my opinion

If we want to go forward we absolutely need to shut these fools down, the only solution proposed to the problem is, you need to be poor. I don't understand how people get on-board with it. From the outside it really looks like a cult to be honest.

Weirdest thing in my opinions is how much of educated people also fall in the scam as well

Pretty cool, meaningful ideas for once. This one cracked me up though

Brainstorm some ideas combining Liqour Stores and healing modalities

-Liquor store/massage parlor: A place where people can go to get massages and purchase liquor.

-Liquor store/yoga studio: A place where people can purchase liquor and take yoga classes.

-Liquor store/spa: A place where people can purchase liquor and get spa treatments.

-Liquor store/gym: A place where people can purchase liquor and work out.

Agreed but we then need to accept to loose most of our modern day comfort, going back to 40years expectancy, most of the population dies ... which is probably not what we should aim for. Nature works like the rabbit and fox differential model. The only way for the fox, aka we need to try to grow as long as possible otherwise most of us will die brutally

The only sure thing is that most of these doom prediction happen to be false. People writing this kinda things seem to think we can afford reducing the growth society. The sad reality is that if we don't all grow we will suffer way more than what climate change will bring. Grow up, stop living like peter pan and work to find proper solution instead of complaining.
