i use ublock and i got a popup on youtube telling me turn off adblock. i refuse to do so because i hate seeing ads and popups everywhere on the page of the youtube video. i use adblock software because it makes youtube easier to navigate and it looks cleaner

that sucks man i know your pain. i hate having to jump though hoops just to do transactions online. i understand the things they do is to prevent fraud but treating everybody as a potential criminal is mildly disrespectful

i have an old ipod touch that i use sometimes. also i remember this blog i saw on neocities of a kid that liked collecting old ipods.

my guess is that many programmers like git because of the free/libre folk. i personally like git because it has an easy to understand gui interface that many people understand if you are not tech savy. my fav gui interface is github desktop that i use to talk to my github account and make commits to my personal website. i wish the other git repository hosting sites like gitlab and codeberg had an easy to use gui. maybe somebody will make one

i remember some guy bought a bunch of roombas and programmed them to play pacman. it was pretty neat

this reminds me of when i would get random text messages in Spanish of a mother talking about picking up her kid from soccer practice.

i mostly use crypto to pay for online services like a vpn and stuff. i never really treated it like a stock market stock like most people do. and the nft thing was kinda dumb. i like crypto because it's a little more private than a bank account

i use linode. but they a little pricey though

my guess is they try to put everything in so the user doesn't have to. but personally i like to setup my linux based distros how i like it.
