Generating $500/month net positive cashflow after all expenses, mortgages and get to live for free.

Can retire today and literally be a bum with a $500/month paycheck where the buildings will pay themselves down and be worth over 1.5 million within 20 years.

Instead, I'm choosing to continue working and buy a larger farm/acreage to go off grid and raise animals.

Other passive income:

- small app subscription business making $250/month

- dividend yielding stocks producing about $40/month

- solar array equipment that produces $200/month

My net worth is only about $150k today.... but will steadily climb to about 1.5 Million within 20 years from doing basically nothing.

This is the difference between Rich vs. Wealth.

The Rich spend and have no systems in place to generate income (ie: they have money)

The Wealthy do not have to work, and have systems in place to generate passive income.

I like to think that I'm well on my way to being Wealthy as opposed to my little 'w' wealthy today.

- Less fuel consumption means less water use, less pollution

- Less wasted time commuting means more time to relax and less stress eating, more time to prepare better food and better sleep

The ability and effectiveness of working from home will have compound improvements to the other specific problems you listed.

Imagine if every worker had a couple extra hours to sleep better, eat better and time with family to solve the problems above.

If you think that raising taxes for UBI will result in the politicians actually allocating the money to UBI.... then you just need to look at how current monies are raised and spent.

Here's what will happen:

- taxes raised for "insert acronym of flavor here" (UBI)

- 95% allocated to every citizen, permanent resident, legal immigrant, illegal migrant, etc.

- Over time they will decrease the allocation relative to the amount they collect.

Next thing you know, "UBI" is just another line item on your paycheck deductions just like "EI" and "CPP" is a deduction in Canada for "Employment Insurance" and "Canada Pension Plan".

There will be just as much, if not more poverty because:

- smart, hardworking people will leave the country because they are tired of getting abused with excessive taxes.... draining productivity

- "Free" income is not Free because it is given based on an inflating money supply. It means your children or grandchildren will be paying it via hidden tax of inflation and effectively sold into debt slavery.

We are watching the final stages take place where the communist revolution will be complete. As it stands, the USA is heavily socialist and stopped being capitalistic once they seized control of the economy in 1913 and began central planning via fiat money printing and manipulating interest rates.

Use your hands to dig your own hole: good.

Use your hands (a mean of production) to dig someone else a hole for money: bad.

It logically follows that public ownership of the means of production results in the ownership of our homes, bodies and ultimately, minds.

That is the intentional theory and actual practical implementation of communist ideology.

One small adjustment:

All value comes from the Mind (and labor is a subset of that).

If I decide to write a book and I self publish, having paid for all my tools.... and still get a profit at the end after selling a million copies.... then who is exploited? Where is the theft?

What people don't realize is that the worker is a service provider (like an author) and they are offering their services in exchange for payment (boss is the customer).

The customer agreed the book is worth it.

The author agreed it is worth taking the risks and using their talents at producing works of art.

Now let's add in that the author also hires someone to delivery the books.

The delivery person also Wins since they have a stable customer of their delivery services (ie: the author).

But would we say that the delivery person is suddennly entitled to additional retained earnings (profits) all of a sudden?

Anyone that will tell you that 2 or more consenting, voluntarily engaged adults is stealing from another is being dishonest and has an agenda.

Strictly speaking, an Employment Contract has your boss as your Customer.

So I would really like to know... how am I being exploited when a customer/client/boss profits from my labor?

Step 2.Then save enough money to buy a 4plex house within a couple of years. (5-10% downpayment)

Step 3. Live in thr 4th unit, rent the others and get a roommate in your 4th unit.

Now, congrats! You live for free for doing nothing.

Option A)

Save up enough money to repeat the model above.

After 2-4 houses.... you should be able to earn net positive minimum wage and live for free.

Option B)

Save up enough money and put into ETH/BCH (and retire within 3-5 years when next bull market comes)

Option C)

Start looking for remote jobs paying 150k-200k/ year and get them to pay your own 1-man corporation so you control your taxes. While doing Option A and B above.

You can retire by age 30-35 with this model.

Then you basically have "fuck you wealth". (Not "rich", but Wealth).

Then work at the companies You like and leave the moment you don't like them anymore since you don't need them.

- get slightly underpaid, so they they like they are getting an amazing deal

Never have bad debt (credit cards, mortgage without rental income, loans for cars, etc)

Have multiple tiny income streams:

- couple hundred bucks/month in positive rental cashflow income

- a few bucks a month in stock dividends

- small website that makes a few bucks a month

- the odd freeland gig here and there (nothing wrong with taking a 5k job that takes you a couple of weekends)

- drive for uber once in a while to earn a few bucks

- find deals on electronics in demand on Craigslist and resell for quick $100 (tax free ) profit.

- Make swing trade on cryptocurrency

- Do Airdrop signups on crypto tokens and then sell for BTC/BCH/ETH and then cash it out or use the crypto to buy food/stuff online

... the list goes on.

Never have a single income stream. Get more, no matter how small it is.

If your boss pays you, then who is really the head of your household. Who is really the breadwinner?
