Math has always been somehow very tied to keeping credit and personal achievement close to the "source" it feels. I think the sophisticated reader (NYTs being the 'paper of record' and all), should be able to be exposed to commonly held opinions of their political enemies, even if the rhetoric or 'factual basis' they might hold in disrepute.
The fact is the NYT can't even put the words of a sitting US Senator on their pages, with no implicit _agreement_ of its factual value, and instead decapitates their own for it, shows crippling ideological constraint.
This implies the _vast majority_ is precisely the opposite. With ~75% being personal use.
OK, then what do you call something astronomically worse than this, say a mile wide astroid strike?

Can you substantiate that claim for me? I've never seen a breakdown, since you've claimed 'vast majority' perhaps you know better.
A huge amount of this, "spraying lead on your head" is not for training or any similar purpose, but for amusement.
This might be my hobby horse, and I've commented to this effect a few times in the past, but here goes:
Hobby aviation still uses leaded fuel and this is detectable near regional airports. The primary reason for this that the vast majority of the existing fleet is stuck in the 1970s essentially as new airframes and engine designs are expensive and viewed as risky.

Pseudo is doing a lot of work in your reply, as there as always been a very easy exemptions, religious or otherwise. The recent movement has been too close those exemptions (see maine & the supreme court), and so now this resembles force more than procedural hoops.
I'm generally on board with vaccines, and am myself currently fully vaccinated, however, this has just become a condition of my employment at _a very large tech company_. So the possibility that this definition is completely negotiable and shifting like the sands makes me uncomfortable.
Great news! If we could then get a decibel limit on the planes than essentially all my hangups with amateur aviation are resolved.
