Working with handicapped programmers with vision and hand issues I feel programming tools like Mu Pyhton and Blender were invaluable in giving the programmmer graphical feedback. Both Mu and Blender allowed interfacing with hardware in new ways. He is now a biomedical engineer at Medtronics designing physics models for medical devices. He started using Maya, Blender, Logo, Scratch, Python. He was trained at the NM Supercomputer Challenge in 3 Day events at New Mexico Tech in Matlab, Jupyter Notebooks, R Studio, AI and machine learning. He also build Raspberry Pi, Arduino projects after taking algebra in 4th grade and electronics at community college in 5th grade. Computers have allowed him to excel in almost every academic STEM area. He has had internships in bioiformatics and medical device analytics. His programming/electronics skills are not from the classroom but from multiple projects he developed.

Have you tried linking transmission outages from EMS/SCADA to drone images? Could you build ML for EMS training station to drone images? I worked with Siemens EMS/SCADA and we always needed models of past failures to train operators. Siemens has a microgrid simulator at SFCC, Santa Fe, NM. I am writing python scripts and would like a scikit like set of examples for students to simulate outages in NM, USA. Can you build some examples in Jupyter notebook or Mu Python? How about Sql Server using Microsoft ML?
If Hispanic investors are victims of diabetes by eating processed foods as in US and Mexico. Investing will simply force them to spend their wealth on health as is happening in US and Mexico. If behavior in wealth is not matched with health the result is simply spending all the saved money on chronic disease.

I have tried to interest Hispanic and Native friends in investing in health care (Health Care Mutual funds avg. 16% over 40 yrs). The rate of diabetes in Native and Hispanic populationsis 30%. 40% of hospital costs is now in ICU for chronic disease. 1/3 State and US budget Medicare.

Many families in NM are broken. When drugs remove women the society breaks down. My wife sees released women inmates and their children living out of cars at Santa Fe Community College. We volunteer at the Santa Fe Interfaith Homeless Shelter with addicts to feed and house them. I worked with AIDS patients in Jamaica, WI in US Peace Corps and alcoholic students in Gallup UNM. AIDS patients suffer brain issues as the disease progresses. I also work training women in IT in summer internships at the State of NM. Many work in NM. I completed a thesis on DNA shotgun sequencing at the US Human Genome Project at Los Alamos National Lab. I graduated with MS CS at NM Tech while at LANL.
