Why hire them now with chatgpt and Claude? Unless you are hiring top 1% those are great

It's great, but I use it 5% of time. Generates lots of verbose code using verbose frameworks.

Forget 10x devs, if this theory is true, there must be some 1,000x devs out there who manage these bots.
