Probably mentioned here but its UI customization is pretty much limited to your css skill. You can go dense as much as you want or elegant with much paddings as usual. I tried almost every chromium variants but can't bear the touch friendly paddings and scaling.
They maybe anti of many things but still have aesthetics..

100% agree, most of qwerty keyboard with flat staggered layout as in typewriter is faulty and ancient design yet it's widely adapted for some reason.
Add a deskmat or 3m sticky foot, it helps a lot.
There's homing h/j key for it, though I rarely need it.
Only if proprietary softwares outside of dev toolchains support linux natively, I do really want that but in reality it is not.
Function + hjkl on 40% keyboard, with that I don't need to move my wrist. Sometimes it feels a bit lousy to use standard keyboard..
This sounds a lot promising, why haven't I thought this? Portable builtin monitor arm must be painful HW engineering but I can see myself very easily enjoying this feature.

It is indeed possible, I tried a few and it indeed works but pretty unstable so far.
Probably something being in conflict with WSA in dev channel is the problem atm. This is first time something is released on beta channel first afaik.

From my experience, people who want to try linux is yearning for somewhat different UI, but not too different from familiar win/macos UI. Pop OS hits the sweet spot imo, refreshing but comfortable enough while usability is still there.
'Exclusive apps' means entire ecosystem outside of dev tool, this is the reason why people says dev should communicate more outside of their ring.
Been using since yhe beginning of wsl without major problems, while working on music production without dualbooting. I probably haven't boot up linux for about a year.. this strategy apparently works for many.
Wish the same thing as an webdev, but modern browser is almost a small vm these days..

It's been like this for 6 decades, also worth noting that one of the major party in SK relies on this behavior for its co-dependent "prosperity".. Once, it even paid NK to bluff like this just before the presidential election for the sake of power consolidation. It was a huge and messy scandal.
I find that relationship basically a parasite and host, and now they're likely going to win for election in next year.
It was once unusually fast on FF right after google shortage a couple of month ago. Everything I click was instant, never had those kind of experience.
Now I feel like it's slow on both. There might be a priority issue but I doubt its slowness is FF only.
Exactly, it's pretty common for them to shoot their own foot with a couple of hundred dollar bill, just for one tiny instance with additional options that 'you have to do'.
IMO AWS is deliberately make these things happen and reimburse it later with excuses. It's rather a strategy at this point it seems like.
Pretty much my story as a whole, especially research part. Know your limit and it really helps understanding different aspect of things which is usually not even a equation in daily life.

Given the history of payment process in SK, I doubt it.. it's just other side of messed up system, likely worse. But this is definitely a step up I guess.
For me, upgrading cost was almost zero except 16 but it was clearly worth it.. I think you chose an obsolete project, which could happen to any lib.

Thank you for pointing it out, I had no idea but I'd happy to contribute on this one. There is indeed a decent korean natural language process engine but it's severely tied to own ecosystem AFAIK.
This sounds like a false dichotomy but quite makes sense when it comes to browser market I believe. FF 'feels like' lagging behind for majority of users because of the hiccups here and there.
Vimium extension(I don't even use vim) and split keyboard browsing experience is such a god-send to me, maybe I should donate some to these dev..
This is quite true, I could say that as a korean. It's a mixture bag of canary version of modernity and archaic sentiment.
