You could try ScreenZen or a similar app that help control nd reduce the time you spend on certain apps.
Nowadays, you can such apps in a few prompts and some minor tweaks :)
Where all of this is going? Will there be a dedicated servers running coding agents that iterate throught codebases for each company to find vulnerabilities 24/7?

For your kids, you can set up a child account where you can block content they can see, adult content included. Actually, it works for basic accounts as well, you can filter out adult content and don't have this kind of problem :)
