They're going for a style, just because SJ declined, should not mean they cannot pursue something similar. The fact they went to SJ in the first place means they had good intentions of getting a well founded voice.
Likely a voice professional can detect clear differences, as it's not convincing to be SJ from an outsider.

It was a suggestion, another suggestion is to fund gimp development. Another one is to move to a different tool. But to question on what is talking their time for my feature x to get complete is really not a polite way of discord on Open Source software.
The tool is free, so you are free to use it, and you are free not to. That is up to you. If you want a feature, please support the development woth either you cash or skill. Its that simple.

Under the UK varient of the Facebook Pay site, the Instagram advert has the incorrect decimal separater: using the comma used with Euro's and not the dot/period.

UK uses commas, but only to separate by thousounds. This makes £16,50 seem like it was going to be £16,500 instead.
The title makes it sound like its fixing 100s of Grammarly errors, as if Grammarly wasn't providing correct english responses.
But as i understand, its enabling a 'I'm Feeling Lucky' kinda blanket fix on a document.

Nice graph! Would be good to see dates on the x-axis, and a historical date of ingesting a drug input and then to see now how much is left your body today for example.
Make sure you contact them, they could resolve it or already know about it, or at least confirm reciept of the bug.

Ive been thinking theres a better classification one could make for wrapping food products using entropy. Food with short shelf life and not a survival food should be packaged in high entropy packaging.
Although, sweet items would need to be taken care of since these would have a long shelf life but shouldnt be packaged in plastics.
But in general, so long as there is adequate recyclable replacements, then this is great
I love this idea, and had also thought of similar automation. I think with nuturional values data, you could get a great system going.

I automated my bedroom lights in a house share. I have 3 lights: the main cieling and 2 more which are a floor standing and a desk light. For sensors, I have a magnet door switch and a PIR sensor to detect direction of travel (enterring or leaving the room) and a photocel sensor to detect day/night).
The main lihht turns on for 1.5 minutes, then the other 2 switch take over for 'chilled' lighting. If i leave, the lights go on a timer for 10 minutes. If the PIR doesnt pick up movement, or i have not returned, the lights go off. When going to sleep, i have an acarde button as a master switch to either turn on chilled lights or off.
The lights are controlled with 5v relay switches. No intrusive adjustment were made to the main light, as i bought male / female bayonet socket to wire/ wire to bayonet socket adapters.
An Arduino is controlling the whole thing, and the wire used is cheap RGB 4 pin wire off ebay which is i belive 24gauge?

I don't have much knowledge behind me, but my gut feeling is that repositories require to be independent. Has there been any product Microsoft has taken over and kept the original goals as is?
Any company can take something and maintain it, and Microsoft has the money. But the motive never appears to be much more than a business to make money with. Perhaps I am still a bit bitter about Skype.
Silly walks may be freedom. I find this mostly daunting. I wouldnt mind if the technology was developed to improve our understanding of city commute, but this gets into some freaky stuff. When were all much older, I can imagine getting pulled aside by an officer because my walk is disturbing the computers.

The payment system stinks: cash-wise, they only accept exact change only. You can pay a £1.70 single with £2, you just don't get change.
You can pay with the bus app, but this is a hideous payment app that is seriously flawed. Firstly, you have to top up minimum of £10, so no automatic integration to your bank account or PayPal. Secondly, you have to 'purchase' a ticket on the app just before the bus arrives, and it has a time limit. Within this time-limit of 2 minutes, you have to show the driver the ticket. The driver does nothing other than Yay/Nay it. No scanning or anything. Makes it infuriating to use. This is not just Edinburgh, but other parts of Scotland, like Dundee.
