Wikipedia's Notability Requirements And The Slash 15 years ago

Strange that e.g. several content farms are deemed notable by the Wikipedia editors:

  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahalo.com
  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Softpedia
Notability requirements are fine, but not if they are applied selectively.
