infantile shit
I think it’s valid to not trust the US with your data. But if the reason is some TDS “Orange Man Bad”, it’s you that’s acting infantile.

Do you go through all this trouble out of principle or necessity?
Multiple rounds of specialized sub agent peer reviews that are prompted to counter this works really well. Once you have the right pipeline in place you should not be needing to do the simplifying yourself very often.
Claude -> specialized sub agents peer review -> specialized sub agents peer review -> repeat as many times as needed
It’s not worth your time until you’ve run through such a pipeline.
So stay inside like prison until I can be outside and present? No thank you. I enjoy mindful meditative walks as well. But I would never force myself to only take such walks. Now that I can be outside and work I will do so precisely for my mental health. Being stationary at a desk all day when you don’t have to be is much more mental illness-like in my opinion.
That’s not true. I would not treat a walk where I am working with Claude Code as a break. It’s just as much work as desk work is. You still owe yourself a proper break.
You can also just talk it out loud to Claude while you’re on a walk getting some sunshine. Done.
You used to have to either care enough to do the design yourself or find someone who cared and specialized in that to do it for you.
Or worse, you gave up because you did not have the time to learn the skill or the money to hire somebody. In this case, your dream just died.
does not replace Figma
Not entirely but I would use this and not Figma. I am passionate about system design not visual design so I don’t want to waste time in figma.
What if you’re a musician and use design as part of your marketing? Why should a musician deep dive design when they really only care about music?
I feel sorry for anyone that will think using tools equals doing design, because of the truly marvelous human experiences that they’ll miss, and that could never be replaced by the shallow pride of empty achievement.
What if you don’t give a shit about design and it’s a means to an end for a project that involves something different that you do care about?
Depends on what you’re building and whether it’s recreational or not. Complex architecture vs a ui analysis tool, for example. For a ui analysis tool, the only reason you code by hand is for the joy of coding by hand. Even though you can drive a car or fly in a plane there are times to walk or ride a bike still.
It could also be a skill problem. It would be more helpful if when people made llm sucks claims they shared their prompt.
The people I work with who complain about this type of thing horribly communicate their ask to the llm and expect it to read their minds.
What does WOII mean?
I assume you are talking about WW2 and at first thought it was a typo.
I’ve been saying this for years. The radical far left political spectrum from Reddit infected HN.
Consider that the POTUS is a 34x convicted criminal
To be fair, they were political persecutions and show trials just so that people like you could write that sentence and help the Democrat Party keep the presidency.
I’m not saying Trump is innocent in life, so don’t mistaken what I am saying for that. I am clearly and specifically saying that the 34 convictions are a joke and that only the gullible and the zealots buy into them.
I’d be furious
To me it just comes across as low emotional intelligence. There are very few things worthy of being furious, in my opinion. Being furious is high cost.
Oh it’s deliberate. It’s been THE online platform for far left radicalization and extremist views for at least a decade now. It’s by far the most intolerant social media platform relative to the mainstream platforms.
Do you have any proof to support this claim? Stable coins use alone is in the 10's (possibly hundreds now) of billions in daily transaction globally. I'd be interested to hear your source for your claim.
Blockchain is probably the most useless technology ever invented (unless you're a criminal or an influencer who makes ungodly amounts of money off of suckers)
This is an incredibly uneducated take on multiple levels. If you're talking about Bitcoin specifically, even though you said "blockchain", I can understand this as a political talking about 8 years ago. But you're still banging this drum despite the current state of affairs? Why not have the courage to say you're politically against it or bitter or whatever your true underlying issue is?
Am I at great risk for having most of my wealth tied to the dollar?
You are guaranteed to fail, no question.
The dollar is a corrupted unit of value that is meant to pump assets and exert global control. Look at any dollar buying power chart to see what your future looks like - a never ending chart down.
My car drives me around town unassisted. Whatever you want to call that - does the equinox or ioniq do that?
So no, you don’t have a source.
Supporting parties on the right does not make you a nazi.
Raising your hand does not make you a Nazi.
huge social baggage. ;)
Or a great social filter. Consider the type of people that would judge you over a cybertruck.
Elon Musk … nazi affiliations
Do you have a source for this?
Equinox EV roundly beats the Model Y head to head
The Y is the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. To me, it took over what the Prius used to be - the best overall vehicle for most people.
You don’t even mention FSD here, I assume strategically. That, to me, is the most important feature. Does Equinox or Ioniq even have FSD?
How do you know the effort that went into the message? Somebody with writing challenges may have written the whole thing up and used ai assistance to help get a better outcome. They may have proof-read and revised the generated message. You sound very judgmental.
I know people with disabilities that struggle with writing. They feel that AI enables them to express themselves better than they could without the help. I know that’s not necessarily what you’re dealing with but it’s worth considering.
Yes 2.5 pro and o3. I’ve been very impressed with Grok 4 so far for this purpose. It’s very thorough and accurate. Granted my time with grok 4 is limited to a few days but I’ve already given it challenging problems and the results were exceptional.
I’m not a vim and eMacs guys - or terminal guy.
Claude Code + Cursor is my setup. Claude Code is my workhorse that I use for most tasks.
For small tiny quick changes, I use Cursor in auto.
For architecture consulting I use Cursor chat with Grok 4.
Claude Code is much better at banging out features than Cursor’s Claude. And Claude itself is better than other models as a coding workhorse.
All that said: while we may all code, we are building wildly different things that have much different specific problems to solve so it doesn’t surprise me that there isn’t a universal setup that works best for everybody.
You’re describing an extreme so let me counter with a different “what if” extreme: If , every day, you use a wheel chair for five minutes and run for several hours followed by 200 squats then your legs will not atrophy. My point is that writing papers is only one way to work your mind and using llm’s for this does not indicate how you use your mind overall.
