Spain, Italy and Greece clearly have a worse healthcare system, and those are just three examples I can think of quickly. Surely lots of countries in eastern europe has it worse than Sweden.
Spain has one of the best healthcare systems in the world, usually ranked by the WHO within the top 10 while Sweden's was within top 30.

It is pretty pathetic to go to any coworking space in an Australian major city and realise that people there are just playing the 'startup game'. These people will typically spend a few months playing the game, burning a bit of their severance package until finding another permanent job.

I feel your pain. It is extremely difficult in Australia to get interest in anything related to innovation. I have had surreal experiences when dealing with companies and particularly Government. They will do anything to boycott something that resembles change, particularly if it affects the the way they work, or of course that might expose their incompetency.
Australia is not a place to live unless you work in health or in a trade. Scientists and engineers (engineering is not even understood in Australia, usually being associated to things like infrastructure or maintenance) are screwed.
E.g. it does not explicitly outline the right to freedom of expression. It is sort of implied within Government, but not necessarily.

Thanks for the suggestion. It is something I had considered; to replace the motherboard and the CPU with the new AMD Ryzen. But if I remember correctly, it is difficult to find motherboards that include video output (especially through Display Port). So I would have, as you mention, go with Intel, which seems a missed opportunity given the new AMD processors?

What would be the AMD equivalent to say a GeForce GTX950? Because this is the NVIDIA model that seems more than enough for my needs.

I use Mint, where I have always been using the proprietary NVIDIA drivers. I remember Radeon drivers used be pretty bad. But that was a few years ago. Has the situation changed? I am open to suggestions. Thanks.
Given this new model will push down prices of exiting models, what would be the cheapest currently available NVIDIA that includes a Display Port output and a resolution of 3440x1440? This is just for work (editing documents, programming, etc.), not gaming.
There does not seem to be much difference between the Nokia 3310 and the Nokia 220 / 215 / 108 that have been around for at least 2 years.

It depends, as it is not the same to be a first aid officer to a dentist, a physiotherapist or surgeon. In some cases you need a higher degree than in others.

Purely 'coding' should be learned at vocational school (e.g. technician level), not university (e.g. scientist or engineer level).
Data Engineering is about developing technology for data management. Data management/analysis is about using this technology to produce results.
So this is not about data engineering, but data management/analysis.
