Adding my experience on Quora. In general quality of the questions and answers are pretty bad. In my feed most of the popular answers start with some provocative/eye-grabbing pictures (exotic animals, landscapes, outrageously good looking people).

Sometimes I feel like I'm reading ads about spammy media sites, who use the same tactics.
