I have tried Test4startup, They gave me evaluation results in 24 hours. That AI is very intelligent.

I also love Google because they are supportive for their open source oriented employees. Apple is a bit secretive.

I would also work for Google. I've always been mesmerized by their search engine. Time to learn how it works.

A fellow programmer(CEO of a startup firm) used the same tricks and got a great programmer.Some programmers don't want to work and that leads to trouble for them and the firm.

It doesn't sit well with me either.

Hiring great programmers is hard. I have been advised that great programmers have great ideas. You can also ask questions (open ended) about coding during the interview.

I am planning to start my own startup & leave my current job as a computer scientist.
