Does anyone know an online doc editor like Google Docs but one that lets you create sections within the doc and move them around?

I write a lot of articles and I have to constantly rearrange sections to achieve a better flow. It's getting annoying to constantly copy and paste chunks of text to move them around.

Cool - some of these look like fancy motor homes for a five star road trip haha.

PS: The first listing is really just an ad for a small home custom builder? Savvy of him to get oodles of free promo for his business but may want to look into that?

Best insight: The biggest misconception is that extraverts are better salesmen cause they're slick talkers. Actually, it's the exact opposite. It's better to let your prospect to most the talking while you listen. Ask them open-ended questions. The more you learn about your prospect, the more effectively you can explain your product solves their specific problems.

Neurolinguistic programming techniques - can be manipulative if used the wrong way but in sales, they really help you gain an advantage or maintain control. Includes how to build rapport quickly, how to maintain your frame regardless of how the other person acts, etc.

Thanks for the tips!

I do pushups + cardio - it doesn't quite help when I'm really down but it does give me a burst of energy the other days.

I get 7-8 hrs of sleep every night so this isn't an issue for me. Overall, I lead a healthy lifestyle so my body isn't really an issue.

One of the tricks that kind of alleviates my occasional depression symptoms is just reminding myself that I don't have to believe whatever thoughts or feelings is passing through at this moment.

Just because my brain is screaming right now "Why did you just do that? Idiot!", it doesn't mean it's true. Or that I have to listen to it.

I try to drown it out with the facts:

a) I know I feel depressed a few days of the month - I shouldn't trust any of my negative thoughts during this time

b) Most humans have a negative bias. It's important to experience the full extent of any negative emotions when something bad happens so you remember deeply not to repeat the same mistake again (if you're at fault).

But it's also very important to let it go so you can have a clear head going forward to make good decisions. And not turn a "don't do that again" reminder into a fear of going anywhere close to a similar situation again.

Question:

Do you guys know of any effective methods for getting out of hormone related mood funks?

I find that a few days a month I just feel really sad. Every little mistake I make feels like the end of the world. I feel like a failure.(I imagine this is similar to what clinic depression feels like.)

The other 95% of the month, I feel great. Happy just to bask in the glow of the sunshine.

During my down days, I've tried everything from doing activities that make me really happy, letting myself indulge in foods I like, etc. but nothing helps. So far, I just tough it out but it sucks feeling like this, even if only for a few days.

Any advice?

Basically, someone tweeted a joke about one well-known NHL player banging the wife of his team mate. It appeared on the Twitter ticker on the bottom of a TSN broadcast, whose filters didn't catch it. Of course, someone else took a pic of it, posted it online and from there, even more people saw it. Now both the NHL players are suing TSN AND they want to go after the original tweeter. Who definitely had no clue his/her tweet would end up on national TV.

In both cases, a media outlet shared the original tweet to their massive audiences. Where these tweets would have faded into obscurity, instead they were exposed to the sensibilities of a much larger audience.

Bunching happens a lot when one delay causes one bus/streetcar/train to hold up all the ones behind it.

Best solution is letting transit vehicles going the opposite direction to turn ahead ahead of the bottleneck and serve the passengers waiting at the stations in front of the delay area.
