Classifying an iPad as an eReader is a bit misleading IMHO. I would have never made the connection if it wasn't mentioned in the article.
The intensity of light needed on an iPad to read comfortably is much higher then a backlit eInk reader e.g. a Kindle Paperwhite. Personally it doesn't affect me very much on such devices, but it would be interesting to see if there is a noticeable difference.
VPN as a protocol is dying. VPN is not a protocol, what you're referring to is probably OpenVPN, but there are multiple alternatives. It's even possible to use pure SSH as a VPN.
I don't understand the hate against systemd, it literally changed my life once I embraced it.
Do people really don't like it because it has bugs, like any other software, or is it just averseness to change?
Clouds can also just evaporate if the temperature is hot enough, like in a desert. Regardless I think it's better to use this kind of method for cloud-seeding then the pumping chemicals into the air, which seems to be the common method.
