In theory, yes, but that's not how policing works.
From personal knowledge of the UK setup, the goals are twofold, mass surveillance plus auto-revenue-generation (intended to raise sufficient to pay for the surveillance infrastructure to minimize the net cost which means auto issuing the absolute maximum number of tickets possible).
Doing validation to ensure correctness of the tickets being issued would be counter-productive to the revenue generation goal; just because police have evidence a crime (like cloning) has happened, does not mean they will not issue the ticket. There is an onus in the UK for the registered keeper of the vehicle to incriminate themselves or someone else for road traffic offences (confirmed by test cases).
Essentially you have to pay up or prove the cloning (and your innocence) yourself - very difficult because you do not have access to the surveillance database that would help you. The core objective of the police is to assert your guilt, not to provide you with any help for your defence.
Is this company asking you to do things for them by any chance? The only time I've seen anything like this was when they were leeching free consultancy for a problem they were unable to solve. They compartmentalized the problem into different sub-components and under the guise of advancement in the process, held an 'interview' on them separately and a follow-up for the feedback (i.e. find out the answers). Once they had all the parts they needed, they said the person had not got the job.
Find different opportunities - this one sounds no good. If they treat you like this in the play nice phase, they will treat you much, much worse if they ever employ you.
If this is the behavior when they are trying to play nice and supposedly recruit you, you can guarantee it will be much, much worse to work for them.
Move on as quickly as possible. RUN, don't walk.
I worked on air quality monitoring about 30 years ago and the equipment used a Kalman filter to remove measurement noise and give stability; it had been added to the software a number of years earlier by a mathematics student who was working as a summer job with the company. No-one in the team had heard of it before but it solved lots of the stability issues and was core to the system ever after.

I completely understand this sentiment. Recent python events have made me wonder if there are some people intent on sabotaging the management of the language.
I loved the incremental improvements and thoughtful process involved up until a couple of years ago but it feels like python will become brittle and break badly if things continue the way they are. It feels like the adults have been driven out the room when it comes to stewardship. I'm not sure how recoverable the situation is.
My experience is that invariably results in "development by veto". Each prototype they say that's not what I want, give me something else (that I'll fail to describe just like the last time) and I'll tell you that is wrong too after you've worked on it for a few weeks.
Occasionally, you'll randomly get something they accept - but only for a few weeks until they come across some missing capability for some other thing they never told you about.

Really reads like US employment practice meets EU (IE) employment law. In this particular case, the EU employee won despite the huge power asymmetry that normally ensure things go the opposite way.
But I note other comments on collect-ability of the judgement - ignoring it completely is the other US approach and make collection impossible through all sorts of devious delay tactics or even frivolous counter-suits in far off jurisdictions.
I'd like to know how this actually works out and whether collection of any actual money ever takes place.

But Wikipedia has a long article on Hepatotoxicity[0] and that suggests discontinuation of the drugs involved can allow the liver to heal (if discontinued early enough).
As a patient, you need to be conscious to ask questions and retain at least some control over your treatment whenever you can. If you're overwhelmed by what you are being told or concerned about the planned course of treatment, always ask questions, especially about long term implications and risks and how those are addressed. Generally doctors like being asked about medical things and are willing to answer when they are able. [Individual experiences may vary etc.]
The Latin morbus is disease and mortis is [of] death but my experience - and perhaps yours too - is that when discussions of morbidity (i.e. using the word morbid/morbidity) arise, they are often in the context where someone is near death or has died so it is a natural linguistic connection to make.
Remarkably often I find my partner has a different understanding of English words from me - she was schooled in French and can communicate in Italian and Spanish, but is also fluent in English (though spoken with French mannerisms which seem odd to me as a native English speaker). We often find we descend into discussions of the most correct meaning of a word in English which has a Latin root. The dictionary agrees with her mostly but I have an occasional win.
Varies, generally difficult for me in SW Ontario though with some occasional impressive 25MHz propagation with RS59 subject to heavy QSB. But I cannot rely on it for setting a clock...
OK, honest feedback - not to be confused with criticism:
You've done a lot of work and I hope the app got your French up to speed to satisfy Quebec! Watch out for "you have such a lovely accent" (said in English) - it's not really a compliment. Montreal is a great city but the roads really suck, way more than Toronto. At least there is a good subway system to get around the city.
The route capture of repeatedly reloading the home page to prevent the back button working cleanly is super annoying. If that's not intentional, it needs fixed and, if it is intentional, I'd remove that as it's a horrible dark pattern that is hostile to your customers.
There is no list of languages taught - I see some flags but no idea if that's the native language I'm supposed to speak already or if it is the only languages it teaches. What if I'm interested in learning a language without a flag shown? I have no idea if it is offered or not until I go through the signup process (or watch your video).
Cost isn't clear either at the start of the signup. Hiding pricing (as a menu item) until part way through signup rather than putting it right there clearly at the start of the process is a huge turn off. I'm not signing up to some mysterious app without being told the key conditions (like how much it costs) before I start.
Why should I use this app when I can sign up to any of the available AIs for a little more that can do the language tutor thing plus answer lots of additional things for me in other domains? I see it does speak the text - are there other value adds over using a regular AI ?
I like your attitude in fixing the problems you experienced with the tutor approach and failings in other apps. That's the attitude that helps things improve and I do wish you success and look forward to an update post on how things go.

There a surprising amount of things it can be used for and some really interesting innovation at the bottom end of the spectrum. Well worth getting qualified as an Amateur operator if you want to experiment.
It seems to me that there are two different things being conflated. I've listened to a number of his interviews and do confess he's not always easy to follow but this seems partly due to a history of speech problems which he has worked to overcome.
There is consensus (even by RFK Jr from what I hear in interviews) that vaccines confer good immunity to the population and help control serious diseases that historically killed or maimed millions of people.
There is also an argument RFK Jr. makes which is that the vaccine solutions contain many harmful components other than the actual vaccine and these components are responsible for many harmful outcomes due to their presence. These harmful side effects should not be considered acceptable and there should be work to eliminate these harms because they are not really acceptable.
However, these positions seem to be routinely headlined as being anti-vaccine. They are not. The argument is anti-harm and that seems to be something people would normally support. Only through misrepresentation of his comments do people come to believe he is against vaccines and he should be "rightly maligned".
His interview with Jordan Peterson was very interesting, especially as it did highlight some of RFK Jr's blindspots on politics. Worth taking time to listen to the whole thing even though it is quite long.

I thought this was some sort of parody or joke - it sounds like some sort of Nigerian Prince scam pitch - but from your responses you are either genius at playing the whole thing straight or you are seriously out your depth and literally risking your life for no good reason.
First off, saying that you have an idea to "improve their [Cartels] profit margins" by itself is enough to fall foul of the US DEA. Even if you are not in the US, the DEA has plenty of official and unofficial routes to target you and make life unbearably difficult or extradite you to the US where they can really mess you about.
Fentanyl is primarily sourced from China and is knowingly brought in by cartels - it's not an accident it's in drugs and killing people and both China and the cartels are well aware of that and don't care. You're talking about people who torture indiscriminately and dump decapitated bodies in play parks to 'send messages' over minor issues like someone being on the wrong street that they consider their turf.
You're not going to get a "zoom call" with them and you're not going to be able to set up any sort of mutually beneficial business relationship.
The issue here is the frequency used plus power and spurious out of band emissions. 'FM Radio' (really 150KHz wide FM modulated 88-108Mhz) has propagation generally limited to line of sight, perhaps a few hundred miles at most due to earth curvature and the signals go off through the atmosphere into space so do not interfere with anything beyond the immediate range. FM also has good interference immunity due to the capture effect of FM signals so spurious emissions nearby are typically ignored.
2-25Mhz reflects off the atmosphere and returns to earth and the multiple allocated bands in the range are typically less then 6KHz for broadcast AM and other bands often <3KHz SSB down to 100Hz CW can be completely trashed with spurious emissions. 60, 80m and 160m can be difficult to use already due to all sorts of noise from notionally low power devices in the mW range on nearby, or sometimes nowhere near, frequencies. The wide range is probably to enable use regardless of the current maximum usable frequency (MUF) to ensure atmospheric reflection. MUF varies, sometimes considerably, by time of day, season etc. However the reflections do not stop when you receive the signal, they continue to skip and be received in many additional locations that are not the intended destination.

Right now is probably the best time to apply. The current government has a policy to maximize immigration, currently at over 400K/year. You do need to apply and meet basic criteria. Essentially be in good health (also all dependents accompanying you), have no substantial criminal history and have a reasonable level of education and have functional English or French. If you have French proficiency then it is substantially easier as you can qualify for special more relaxed immigration programs in Quebec (Quebec has different programs aimed at promoting French speakers). More advanced qualifications do help prioritize your application.
The downside is getting established can be difficult - many immigrants do end up in low paid sales jobs at appliance stores, driving Uber, working in fast food places etc. Living costs are extremely high (rent, food etc.).
Tech jobs tend to pay less than 50% of US equivalents (speaking from experience) though it is possible to work remotely for US companies and get paid substantially better than any Canadian employer would pay. Quite a few Canadians do that, but do have to constantly deal with the problems of cross border payroll as US companies cannot comprehend that Canada is a different tax system and keep screwing things up by filing stuff with the US IRS instead of the Canadian CRA and you then have to sort it out yourself and fill out mountains of paperwork to stop the IRS tax enforcement for taxes that are not due since you don't live in the US. Also speaking from experience.

For a similar sounding problem, I used a view with row_number() over () with a partition() clause sorted descending so that row number 1 was always the most recent within the partition columns and older were 2, 3 etc. I could then query for the row number = 1 to get the most recent row (or 2 for 2nd etc.). For the most recent only, I had a view which had that row number = 1 condition and I used that most frequently to access data.
To get an index, the view could be materialized but then it needs refreshed but my experience was that had more overhead than just using the regular view.
In Ontario the published rates also omit the 'delivery' fees and additional charges added on top (per kWh) which are unavoidable. The real rate actually paid is typically double the supposed rate.
Factoring in the actual price people really pay, the rate is more like that of Barbados, Greece etc, right towards to most expensive end of the table.
Despite the essentially unlimited hydro generation possible thanks to the Great Lakes running through Ontario, there has been a huge push towards shifting generation to wind and solar as part of 'carbon emission reductions'. Prices have increased rapidly as a result and the Provincial Government now has to subsidize everyone's electricity bill in order to try and keep electricity affordable - the subsidies are funded by borrowing so build up huge debt burdens with little planning on how those will ever be repaid.

That sounds very close to NATURAL JOIN which is already present[0] although that does rely on the typical convention of FK columns being named the same on parent and child (related) tables.
I think you are suggesting some sort of lookup based on the defined FK relation, but that would be confused by situations where tables have multiple FK relations, such as tables with values restricted by a lookup value table (or more than 1 such FK). Those are pretty common, so I could see the 'AUTO' feature breaking down quickly. I think that is why the NATURAL JOIN approach is taken and that basically does what I believe you are describing, provided the column naming is matched.
