I am afraid that characterization is simply not accurate. Scandinavian model countries are not regularly nationalizing individuals property.
Furthermore, they regularly have the highest international rankings in happiness, education, and health.
Could you point me to some resources to learn about the UK Demutualizations?
Did some googling and the only standout was a Needleman text from 1991. Is this relevant to what you are talking about?
