There is some effect at work here though, individual experiences may differ. If I eat one meal per day after that meal I will feel lazy and quite tired.

So if I finally ate at 6pm, hours later than 6pm I would feel like sleeping.

If I finally eat any later than 6pm I will start getting weak/shaky beyond 6pm.

This isn't a result of lack of acclimation. I've done fasting for 4+ month stretches multiple times in the past 6 years and have even experimented with 24+ hour fasts on a regular basis.

I'm developing a monster-taming/breeding game that offers dynamic breeding and the "base" type of breeding interpolates values to create the new child.

Items in-game of course can "nudge" the formula.

Doing this on the block-chain is an interesting idea a few people have suggested to me, but ultimately it didn't mesh with my idea of what the game should be.

I'm a hobbyist developer working on an upcoming large title. For reasons I can't explain programmers make up a huge portion of the demographic.

It's a monster-collecting game, so I really can't figure out what the link is there to programmers.

Thank god I'm only doing this as a hobby because I bet such a connection would be obvious to anyone more entrepreneur-like than I.

Because we need some voice out there standing for people and work life balance amongst a sea of slogans, media, advertising and group-think advocating sacrificing your life for the businesses' bottom line.

Why would using your left-over time and effort for a side project that may improve your life a bad thing? Does your employer have the right to "own" that effort as well?

If so I think the pay scales need some adjusting.

The other side of the coin is if you have ideas without execution you could tell yourself they are great and have potential.

However, if you "do" all of your ideas, you may have to face the cold reality that none of them worked out or were that great/enjoyed after all.

So there's pros and cons.

The writer likely has chosen an ingredient to focus on, I'm sure there are a laundry list of items that may expose an inadequacy of focusing on a specific item, however, his effort can be understood and he should not be called a hypocrite

This is an aside but I'm wondering if you have any recommendations for finding new music one may enjoy?

Frustrated with music recommendation services I built a ruby script this past weekend to scrape my favorite artist's last.fm pages and then iterate on each follower, compiling a list of their likes to sort of crowd-source music recommendations for myself.

This too resulted in failure, it seems that the problem is me, I'm far too picky.

I'd love to get your insight on any alternative strategies for finding new artists if your likes don't necessarily fit squarely inside genres.

What about the crashes a little over a month ago? BTC and ETH crashed hard for a few weeks in a row and Coinbase was constantly down, stopping anyone from buying or selling.

It was a real problem.
