Seriously? Run a Open WebUI and get money?
Yes, I endorse his research. As a Taiwanese, I use Traditional Chinese daily in Taiwan, primarily on computers and mobile phones, but I can’t write many of the Chinese characters he mentioned in the article.
I can share a more personal story: after spending a year studying abroad in Britain, I almost forgot how to write Chinese characters—even my own name—since I hadn't written any for over a year! However, when I returned to Taiwan, I was able to recall most of them within minutes. I consider this a temporary phenomenon that fades quickly with focus and a bit of practice.
This is a great project. Why there is no one replying it?
Amazing work. However I wonder how do you pay the cost of GPT-4?
Good point. And why don't you just unplug your computer and do all your stuff on your paper and pen? I believe it's the most secure way to protect your data. Remember to store these paper in your basement and bring your key.
From my experience, most of time it gives good and clear answers if you use it as a normal search engine rather than a real human that is able to chat with you for something strange and boring phiolosophical problems.
Interesting idea and I like it. However, I just tried it and found it does not support Chinese. Would you like to add it as a new feature?
I need a windows version
I need a windows version please.
That's awesome! Thanks for your information.
May I deploy multiple models in the same billing account?
Unable to upload custom photos and tried to use Chrome and Firefox but both failed either.
I agree, but from my point of view, Notion's UI and UX are still way better than other platform such as Evernote. In addition, they are willing to accept suggestion such as modification of mobile app which is really positively changed after many complains.
Looks great. This should deserve more attention.
If only it was born out.
Language wouldn't be a really problem to you in Taiwan if you choose a more modern and bigger city to live. You probably would straggle to speak English to old people in some counties, such as Yunlin and Chayyi, but younger adults would try to speak English to you at their best effort and whether who they are and the level of their English ability, they would be very friendly and warm to treat you.
Taking the same action as China technically is impossible for most countries because of differences on attitude to human rights.
In China, a lot of people can be left at home to die and they cannot do any protest against their government. In the most serious period in Wuhan, citizens were limited to stay home and there were not enough means of transport to do necessary transportation, such as critical patients and food. At the expense of this, another large proportion of people can keep alive.
But in the US, people have weapons and they are very tough. In addition, the information is transparency, so it is impossible to hide such tragedies.
