We're neither recruiting company nor a job board. So I hope I can leave a footprint here because we've just recently developed a platform for job seekers to automate their hunting. We have created https://careera.io/ to address all of the usual problems during job seeking and recruitment, like: applying hundreds limes to different companies manually, digging thru hundreds of applicants' CVs by recruiters, ghosting and all types of bias (race, religion, age, you name it..). Wacom Bamboo tablet instead of the mouse. Less strain on wrists. Much more comfortable than the mouse and faster with pointing when used to it after some time.

I always wanted to take a challenge in an old boring industry and build something completely new. Myself, my co-founder, and a couple of other guys have looked recently into a very very boring hiring industry and had decided to do something about it. That's how the idea of Careera.io (https://Careera.io) was born. We have just started this month and currently working on an MLP (minimum lovable product), will launch soon and let you guys know then :) Basically, we want to completely remove and automate the majority of a very mundane process of hiring on both sides of the market (job seekers and hiring managers). We want to finally introduce a bit of magic into this industry! Wish us luck!
