I think they are boosting ranking for Google Aanalytics integrated sites with DoubleClick cookies running. If you remove or change analytics Google tanks your ranking. I ran experiments including google ads for a few months a couple of years ago. They set me up with an account manager who moved me to a new analytics account that added Doubleclick cookies. I've been trying to remove the advertising cookies since then and it's impossible from within the Analytics console. If I plug in a new Analytics account my SEO placement tanks. I feel like it's a racket that gives away my site's user data in exchange for rankings. Help!

Medical education in Europe is free. Doctors in the US are not overpaid - the pay is the only thing keeping them in the profession. The real money is going to hospital administration (non-profit hospitals with executives paid more than 6 million per year), malpractice insurance which can go up to 30% of a doctor's salary (a single malpractice case can cost $1M to defend, whether you are guilty or not), and most importantly, tests that have to be done, not out of necessity, but because there is a 0,1 chance of a rare condition that can get caught by it, and the doctor can be sued if they miss it.

Considering doing something similar while we add a graph database for relationships between users in addition to Postgres. The consistency checks between the two databases can get messy. How long did you test to make sure no niche case fell through the cracks?
