It's a hard conversation because of the mechanics of how the human species works. If one group of people decides to take action and promote infertility, it will simply be replaced by the neighboring group of people who continue having high fertility. We have only globally enforced infertility or mass death of fertile populations as our long term options. It's depressing. If any group continues being highly fertile, they will inherit the earth. Each outlet has a narrative that all stories support. "Right wing" outlets like Breitbart run the narrative that women are being pushed out of their own sports organizations by (insert polite term for all of the recent expansions to the definition of women here.) Most others run the narrative that this expanding definition has no negative consequences and we all accept it with jubilation. Reporting the XY chromosome detail could cause some readers to support the opposing narrative.

The MMR vaccine does not give full immunity(the reason booster shots exist), immigrants can enter the country while carrying the disease, and sometimes live virus vaccines like MMR can leave the people who get them contagious. The only ways to have zero cases of any disease in the country are to either eradicate it globally (like small pox), or to eradicate it nationally and prevent cross border transmission (like polio).

The Uber example is a balance between benefiting customers and drivers. If the prices are too high, there won't be enough riders and if the prices are too low, there won't be enough drivers. There is a balanced price where the supply of drivers and riders is equal and fluctuations in this balance are seen in the surge prices. If Uber's share of the ride price went up, then the accusations of underpaying drivers would be more justified.
