One good timesaver: debug in the easiest environment that you can reproduce the bug in. For instance, if it’s an issue with a website on an iPad, first see if you reproduce in chrome using the responsive tools in web developer. If that doesn’t work, see if it reproduces in desktop safari. Then the iPad simulator, and only then the real hardware. Saves a lot of frustration and time, and each step towards the actual hardware eliminates a whole category of bugs.

But it’s based on a misunderstanding. Xenomorph just means “alien”— it wouldn’t make any sense for that to be the term for that specific alien, because their existence isn’t common knowledge.

The cable subscription has commercials. The experience of time shifting and fast forwarding through commercials is inferior to streaming.

Also, a cable bundle forces you to pay for Fox News, which is primarily funded by carriage fees. They wouldn’t last long on robot insurance ads.

Another factor: office space is expensive. In a past job I remember seeing that the cost for our midtown office was 3000 per month per employee. A company might drastically reduce their costs by having an office that only accommodates some fraction of the staff

I anticipate a hybrid model where most deep work is from home, but certain weeks have employees gather, like for project kickoffs or critical junctures later in the process. Only problem with that is the lack of a stable routine.
