Not sure why this is getting downvotes. I'm seeing the same - Chrome blocks it, then my work VPN does, with the following error:
"This site is blocked due to a security threat that was discovered by the Cisco Umbrella security researchers."
To clarify: it looks like CloudFlare is the actual CDN behind CDNJS. And getting on board the new fork would mean updates to every single reference to CDNJS URLs (in codebases), on top of the community of contributors moving. Yikes.
