Its talking about 500C and you definitely can cook one that fast at that temp.

IMO you best bet is a simple sauce with good tomatoes. Bianco Dinapoli, Sclafani (from NJ not Italy), Jersey Fresh, and anything from Stanislaus are good choices. From there just mix in salt and a minced clove of garlic (per 28oz can) and whatever else you like (olive oil, basil, oregano). Don't cook it. Its better to mix it and let it sit for a few days in the fridge.

Another thing to note is that since a lot of Neapolitan pizza makers conduct the entire fermentation at room temp, salt percentages are important and can change throughout the year with ambient temps.

A good place to source the cheeses in the US is Caputo Brothers in Pennsylvania. They are one of the few places in the US doing cultured mozzarella and also have a lower moisture version for pizza.

I didn't quite make this jump, but did switch to a remote role at my startup so I could move from a big city to a relatively smaller city (Pittsburgh). So far I have been really happy with the move, mainly because housing in the major cities is insanely expensive.

Not that this was necessarily the case with your vehicles, but battery placement in a vehicle will directly affect its lifespan. If it's closer to a heat source (e.g. the engine), it will die much faster. This is why some manufacturers put them in the wheel well or the trunk.

Ah, we are using Java and using the Swagger jax-rs implementation as well. Good point though, not too surprised the Node implementation is lackluster.

Good article. I was recently surprised to find that DreamFactory (http://dreamfactory.com/) is also using Swagger. Only word of caution I have to JS folks is that the swagger-js implementation for client resource generation is in need of some serious cleanup. Overall though, working the past few months with Swagger has been a good experience.
