Can you explain what you mean by your last paragraph? The inability to find meaning and indentity in ones work causes people a psychic crisis to leave their jobs even temporarily? That problem is an imagined hurt to the economy?

I think once you change the channel once, it let's your stay on a certain channel for the entire song. I was able to watch a single channel for the majority of the song. And the first channel that is chosen for you seems to be random, it's been different the 3 times I watched it.

I think he was talking about how it works from a programming perspective. He possibly can't view source on his phone.

Edit: For the record it works and looks fine on my android phone, better than Chrome on my desktop in my opinion.

Valve Software has a similar flat organization structure. You can view their employee handbook on their website[0], which outlines it pretty well(from the inside).

From what I've read[1], scaling of the small development/production groups is the pitfall.
