After privatization, three internet service providers have been focusing on exploiting profits, not on making better and faster network infrastructure because they don't have to.

Maybe some kind of P2P network support web browser - without someone's server - would be nice but this does require so much more work, I assume.

Other than this, this project and other projects dependent on this, especially, http://agilevisualization.com/ is looking great to me. Once, I had used Squeak MVC for my company's internal projects (though it has been replaced with Common Lisp applications), and Smalltalk is very productive.
To me, this is more like UX design than OS. Or I have a big misconception on OS and UX.
Anyway this approach is interesting if this could be implemented.

I don’t think it is that matter whether a license is OSI compliant or not. The more important one is whether it is a Free Software License compliant like GPL3 preferably.
In my case, building a miner and computation accelerator with FPGA boards really help me understanding the applications of FPGA. Though I have started learning HDL languages to build digital circuits, to me, that' not such an interesting subject, however, accelerated computing with FPGA had been very interesting experience.
Neither, this should not be an example/a cautionary tale against government regulation. This is an example of wrong/invalid kind of regulation which other countries should not follow. We, SK, could not fixed this problem because the private sector (companies who pursuit their private interest and against public interest) depending on the wrong/invalid regulation has lobbied and prevented several attempts to fix the regulation. So, this is not a problem of regulation or motivation or even knowledge; this is more of the problem of capitalism.

I think not using Apple platform is the way to go if you cannot agree their ToS.
So basically they just want to keep support for the security holes. In here, South Korea, under the name of security, installation of several kind of Active-X and unknown binaries is forced and they ar e suspected to being used in collecting private information of users.
By stopping supporting these kind of security holes internet would be better place.
Yet, Mozilla cannot fix the fullscreen mode problem in macOS (automatic hiding of toolbar). And they are just redecorating toolbar.
