Why is this downvoted... a sociopath is someone who holds a complete utter disregard for everyone but themselves. Does that not describe all and any of Uber's actions or this is getting downvoted because your one or want to be his bro?

I know even GameStop got into the scalping it seems... I just want to go to a store and buy it semi-impulsively. The guy at a GameStop said we have them in our warehouse and I can sell you one for $600.

On a different note..I bought the Wii U for my niece and nephew and MARIO Chase alone is tons of fun; money well spent.

Also when and if Uber falls others who play fair will take over! I.e. All Uber drivers will make an exodus to Lyft!!!

Well Google should be more aggressive but that would be hypocritical of them as they do this stuff themselves to the little guys with no money only a dream/gumption(met with them in 2013 to discuss my audio syncing across multiple devices tech.. it was like that Silicon Valley episode but worse) to im sure their wealthy competitors.

Hopefully they get an injunction that ceases Uber from its self driving car dreams and or wipes them out of existence.

Who cares if Uber is a tad dirty in breaking down down the status quo. The public didn't cared previously about this until they realized that Uber treats everyone(their employees, contracted drivers, customers, stealing from their competitor, the common man driving to work who could get killed by an unproven Uber robot car and more) like trash and steamrolls over all who is not a KalaDick bro!

And they don't care if a few dozen or more people die at the hands of their self driving car because all they care about is winning the self car driving war at all and any cost!

Some hacker or a hacker group plz teach uber a lesson in humility and make sure they pay for their sins! This is not how you win and or change the world via deaths of dozens of innocent drivers killed by your self driving unproven cars which you stole from Google.

It's an internet service .. I don't need to send an email to Facebook, twitter, etc to have my account canceled. Uber should be no different unless there's a pending charge then tell the user you can cancel after payment has cleared ...not wait until we feel like emailing you to handle your request because WE WANT TO LOCK YOU IN! I was and am still furious that I was unable to cancel my phantom Uber account immediately after my bank account got hacked.

Any web service following this scheme is not doing it for their users but for themselves!!!

Why does a user have to email a company to delete their account? How is that consumer friendly, especially after Uber lets your account get hacked/1k stolen!

This happened to me (I never used Uber.. signed up and forgot about it) and in my research I found out they know about the hacks and their PR message is its the user's fault for using a lame password.

Give it about a month and Chrome for Android will provide web audio API support. It's currently in chrome for android beta

Our web app that plays audio in sync on multiple devices works in iOS, Chrome (non mobile) & Firefox Aurora. Were eagerly awaiting for the newest Chrome for Android to drop.
