This might also applies to code. I have always think that I write simple, readable code but I wonder how much of that is just familiarity to my code style. I typically don't have problem understanding code that I wrote months a go though

I have the same problem too. I care too much what others think about me, but now I'm starting to give less & less fuck

IMO there's no other way to give less fuck but by staying in the pressure cooker & start growing thicker skin

It tells you a lot about the current state of innovation when a solution to dog-walking is being touted as the "Next Big Thing."

Ideally companies shouldn't care what you are doing minute by minute as long as you produce quality result
