Well, no, the opposite is true. Employees have to quit because companies stubbornly refuse to be competitive on salary.

It is generally accepted on HN that the easiest tactic to get remote work is to start on-premise and move later though. So your plan makes sense, generally speaking.

For those who are not familiar with them term "native advertising", it means integrating the ad into the page content in such a way that it doesn't appear to be an ad at first glance.
