Does anyone know the address of a website that used to bring up a full blown VM in the browser as a background to whatever the main site was loading?

Is the source available to play with? I wanted to fool around with hosting a whois server but couldn't find any software out there. The server would be completely useless for anyone else but would be fun to use some time learning about this old protocol/tech/etc.

Does anyone remember the address to a website that loaded basically a full blown VM of a random vintage OS? This reminded me of that and I've been wracking my brain to try to remember it
I really like the packing implementation in data.json. Is this homegrown or more of a 'standard' method for saving having to send all the json mechanics?
I'd like to use this elsewhere.

I have a similar set up with a Z-wave clamp style current meter[0]. This meter is calibrated to 120v. I use NUT to grab the line voltage off the UPS and adjust the reported current with actual voltage to get power. It's good enough for the girls I go out with
