What if you're both? This makes me feel self-conscious about being "nice" and toning it down.

One of the biggest problems I run into with Web Components is how to share common CSS styles between them. I understand that goes against the idea that each web component should be encapsulated, but sometimes this is desirable.

Say you have a component library where each component depends on a base set of styles and you don't want to load duplicate styles for each component.

Is there a best practice around this yet?

As a starting point, Tailwind used to use PurgeCSS [0] but I'm not sure what they use now.

There are plenty of use cases so I'm sure it varies.

For example, I often have my browser on the left side and my editor on the right. With only 50% of the width, I sometimes prefer to reclaim the horizontal space and switch back to horizontal tabs.

Are you saying ESM is not a standard format? Or that the ESM output doesn't actually follow standard ESM? Or maybe you meant something else entirely?

Though you don't need 4 arcTo in order to make a rounded rect, you can use bezier instead (we do)

I'm pretty new to this - do you have an example of using bezier? And why is it preferred over arcTo?

At first glance, it seems like a beneficial goal. If I ever need to checkout different points of history to find a breaking change, it'd be nice if I can run the code after every `git checkout`.

I had a similar problem. We wanted to get on a call to resolve it quickly, but was instead forced into an email chain where I received a reply every 3 weeks.

As in a temporary loss? It's been a while since I've used this, but I believe some of those services support an "Offline Mode". Not perfect, but it's something.
