The original HOPE (Hackers On Planet Earth) was in 1994 and it's where the phrase "Hack The Planet" originated. The "Hack The Planet" phrase was also used in the movie Hackers and, if you look closely, you can spot some yellow HOPE 1994 stickers in various scenes.
You'd pay for it what you paid for it. Did the "Buy" button specify that you were buying the movie or did it say you were simply leasing the film and that it can be removed at any time due to licensing agreement over which you (as the buyer) had no control over?

The concept did not originate in videogames. The whole thing started from a 4chan post where someone posted a photo of a yellow interior. They see AI features front and center. They dont see the backend (which may or may not be running Llama). Same goes for React although, with React, the framework is what the end user directly interacts with. So, by that logic, React is more of a product than Llama.

Sure but public infrastructure doesn't magically appear overnight. It takes years, decades even, and costs a ton of money. I think the solutions may come laterally from developments in autonomous construction robots. They're being developed in Japan due to negative population growth reducing the available construction workforce.
